Abisha’s Portfolio

Hi, I’m Abisha Sapkota a Journalism student at the University of New South Wales with a keen interest in the intersection of politics, culture, and society. I’m particularly drawn to opinion and feature writing, where I can explore complex ideas and tell human-centred stories.

I currently serve as Vice President of the UNSW Media Society and I'm also a contributor to Gamamari, UNSW’s oldest student newspaper, continuing its legacy student-led journalism. Outside the newsroom, I engage in content creation across digital platforms fuelling my creativity and attuned to conversations and trends.

My goal is to inform, provoke thought, and connect with readers who are navigating a fast-changing media landscape.
